  1. Complaint

On August 17, 2022, Mr. Marc Erdrich of Indian Bay submitted a complaint form 1 against Flow indicating that since returning to SVG on June 15, 2022, after being away for 2 months, his internet service has been down two to three times per week. Mr. Erdrich said that repeated fault reports have done nothing to improve the situation. Additionally, Mr. Erdrich complained that as of August 17, 2022, his service has been down for a day. Mr. Erdrich further indicated that he had spent many hours on the phone with FLOW technical support to no avail. Mr. Erdrich added that in addition to having his internet issues rectified, he would also like to have a refund for the services that were not rendered over the past 2 months, and he would like for FLOW to be penalized for their failure to deliver the service contracted.

2. Decision of the Tribunal

Flow has agreed to provide Mr. Erdrich with 2 months’ free internet service from December 2022 as compensation for his loss of service in the previous months.
