3rd November, 2025 Extension of Consultation Reply Comment Period
- The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission has received a notice from ECTEL granting an extension to the Reply Comment Period. This extension relates to ECTEL’s submission to the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commissions on the Recommendation to Amend the Licence Classification Notice to include Non-Terrestrial Networks and Services Licences, as well as the Telecommunications (Fees) Regulations of the ECTEL Member States for Point-to-Multipoint Wireless Services.
- Recognising the importance of the Licence Classification Notice and the Telecommunications (Fees) Regulations in the ECTEL Member States, ECTEL strongly encourages all stakeholders to review the submissions received and provide their reply comments on the consultation document.

3. In light of the significant interest and volume of submissions received during the initial comment period, ECTEL has extended the deadline for submission of reply comments to Friday, 28th November 2025 to provide stakeholders with additional time to submit their responses.
4. The period for reply comments will now run from Wednesday 29th October 2025 – Friday 28th November 2025.
5. All responses to the Consultation Documents or correspondence in relation to this consultation should be written and sent via e-mail no later than 4:30 pm on the due date to: –
