NTRC’s World Telecommunication & Information Society Day (WTISD) Video Competition

WTISD has been celebrated annually on May 17 since 1969, for the purpose of raising awareness on the opportunities that the use of the Internet and other information and communication technologies (ICT) can bring to societies and economies, as well as of ways to bridge the digital divide. For 2024, the NTRC has decided to join the ITU to offer participants a chance to explore how digital innovation can help connect everyone and unlock sustainable prosperity for all.

Theme: Enhance Equality in our society with AI in Communications.

Competition rules

  1. Age range 7 – 18 years
  2. You must attend a primary or secondary school.
  3. The video must not be longer than 2 minutes.
  4. The video must be in relation to the theme: Enhance Equality in our society with AI in Communications.
  5. The video must be submitted to the NTRC’s WhatsApp 784 457 2279 no later than May 11, 2025
  6. The following information should also be submitted along with each video to WhatsApp as listed below:
