              NTRC’s 2025 icode784 Competition Winners

 

KINGSTOWN, ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES – The NTRC, in collaboration with its partners, is pleased to announce the results of the 2025 iCode784 Competition Grand Finale and Prize Giving Ceremony, held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Kingstown Baptist Church.

The annual competition, which promotes innovation, creativity, and digital skills among young Vincentians, saw outstanding performances across all categories.

In the Robotics Category:

  • First place – St Martin’s Secondary School- Empoderado
  • Second place –Thomas Saunders Secondary School- Robusters
  • Third place – Union island secondary school- USEC

In the Secondary Mobile Application Category:

  • First place – NST Designers from Saint Joseph Convent Kingstown
  • Second place – Tech Titans from Canouan Secondary School
  • Third place – SVGS Innovators from St. Vincent Grammar school

In the Open Category, for citizens under the age of 35:

  • First place – Gehms with app GehmsMed
  • Second place – The Mandem with app EcoTrack
  • Third place – Year10 with app Lifeline

The Mountain View Adventist Academy was also recognized for submitting the most entries in this year’s competition.

The winning team in the Open Category will receive a EC$30,000 grant to further develop their mobile application.

The NTRC extends heartfelt congratulations to all participants, mentors, and schools for their enthusiasm and dedication. The Commission also thanks its partners and sponsors for their continued support in fostering digital innovation and youth empowerment across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
