Following the Comment on comments period ECTEL will finalize and submit the draft Inerconnection Code to the ECTEL Council of Ministers for its recommendation for adoption in the ECTEL Member States.

The NTRC is in receipt of a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL’s recommendation for a draft quality of service for resellers consultation.Please download the original consultation document above for more information.


The initial comments period was scheduled to from 11th Feb 2009 to 6th March 2009. However, due to the paucity of comments received, ECTEL extended the comments submission date to March 19th, 2009.

Commenters should pay special attention to the other public consultation on the Access to Facilities Regulations, now ongoing.
