The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is in receipt of a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL's Consultative Document for "The licensing of Amateur Radio Operators".

Comments were sent up to the deadline date of December 6th, 2007.

The NTRC is in receipt of a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL's recommendation for the Framework for the Determination of Dominance and Assessment of Market Competitiveness. Following the Reply-to-Comments period, ECTEL's Directorate will finalize and submit the draft Framework to the ECTEL Council of Ministers for its recommendation for adoption in the ECTEL Member States.

Comments may be sent no later than 4:30 pm on the 16th August 2007.
Reply-to-Comments will be accepted from 24th August 2007 to 10th September 2007.

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission received a submission from ECTEL containing ECTEL's recommendation for Draft Telecommunications Universal Service Fund Guidelines for ECTEL Member States.
The draft Universal Service Fund Guidelines were developed in accordance with proposed Telecommunications (Universal Service Fund) Regulations which have been submitted to the Minister of Telecommunication for promulgation. The proposed Telecommunications (Universal Service Fund) Regulations are the end result of an extensive pubic consultation process and are no longer subject to public consultation.

Comments were sent up to the deadline date of 16th January, 2008.
